I put one layer of lip plumper on and it instantly got that spicy, thick feeling on my lips. Within a couple of minutes it brought a nice plump lip to life. WOW! It is amazing.

Tried the plumper twice and both times same exact thing first 5mins with the heat they plump a teeny tiny bit but after 20mins they go back to their original size like nothing ever happened. I'm not one to leave reviews but this one def disappoints me.
