I wanted this mystery palette so paying a reshipping fee didn’t bother me since my address wasn’t completed in full and it gave me a chance to correct my shipping address and still receive the product!

The reship charge is very deceiving to me.I had to pay $5.95 shipping fee again after my product was sent back and the original shipping fee is only $4.95.And than another $2.00 on top of that!! So $7.50 to have it shipped a second time! I will never buy from this company again.

The shipping fee is the cost of buying a new shipping label through USPS. Once the first label that you purchased is scanned by the post office it can not be used again. This is why there is another shipping fee. The first shipping label was able to go to the state that you lived in, however the street address was not correctly entered at the time of purchase by the customer. the $2.00 fee is a handling charge for us to repack the order, use more shipping supplies to reship the item. We are sorry for any inconvience this has caused you.
This was customer error due to not providing a street address name and USPS could not give an accurate billig charge for the shipping label the first purchased label.
