Not happy not wat i wanted

Ordered the brush set, did not receive and have written a few emails in regards to this matter and still not received and only received 1 email back with a VERY unclear email in return.
Sad thing is, not only was I really excited to receive them, it was a gift. So since not receive, my person was very sad as well.
Stil hoping that someday/somehow I will be able to get the brushes I ordered.
