I love Spoiled products and their customer service . However I can’t say the same for Sugar Mama. I have been waiting since beginning of January for my order and still haven’t received it. My order was changed from popcorn to skittles because I want a freeze stride candy and not just popcorn. I can buy flavored popcorn at home anywhere so my order was changed to all skittles., Two different types of skittles. Since I made that request, I haven’t received popcorn or skittles. If you can’t fulfill this order, then I would like a full refund and I won’t be ordering from sugar mama ever again I’ve had a problem with every order I’ve placed and this is the final straw. Please advise if I will be receiving my order of skittles or a refund ASAP. I feel I’ve been very patient waiting for this order, but I’ve had it. I would really like either my order or refund as soon as possible. Please advise Sheila Daniel.
